Two. Get Creating
Using your chosen SDG as an anchor - express yourself with a piece of creative writing. Submissions can be in English or te reo Māori. As long as it’s under 1500 words you can use any medium you like (short stories, essays, poems etc).
Three. Upload Your Masterpiece
Submit your writing before the 28th of May via our online form HERE.
Four. Get Those Votes
We want as many people as possible to engage with and share your work so once submissions close - voting opens. Get your friends and whānau behind you, encourage them to read your piece and get those votes!
Five. Winners Announced
Once voting closes we’ll tally the votes and the person whose submission received the most love will win a $2500 cash prize.
Six. We’ll Make A Book
The most popular submissions (and some of our personal favorites) will also be included in a special Narrative Imperative book which will be gifted to our top writers and available to purchase via our online store.
